Contest Rules & Regulations – Contest Closes Sunday, December 15, 2024 at 11:59 pm PST
QUALIFIED ENTRANT. To enter, you must (a) be a legal Canadian resident; (b) residing in British Columbia, Canada during the Contest Period and when partaking in the Prize; and (c) have reached the age of majority in British Columbia at the time of entry. Employees of SDM Realty Advisors, Warrington PCI, Grosvenor Americas and Broadmead Village are not permitted to enter.
HOW TO ENTER. No Purchase Required. Entrants may enter the contest a maximum of one time per day by completing the ballot form at Broadmeadvillage.ca/contest

One winner will randomly be chosen from all contest entries.
Entrant and Entry must meet all Contest Conditions as outlined herein. Entry and/or Entrant not meeting Contest Conditions will be disqualified and prize will be forfeited. Facsimiles, copies or entries received by mail will be disqualified.
CONTEST PERIOD.
The Contest Period runs from 12:00 am PST on Monday, November 18, 2024 until the contest closes at 11;59 pm PST on Sunday, December 15, 2024 or on such other date and time as posted by the Contest Producers.
PRIZE.
One grand prize consisting of $750 in gift cards from Broadmead Village will be awarded. The $750 in gift cards will consist of a $250 gift card for 3 different retailers of the winner’s choosing, excluding financial institutions and the BC Liquor Store.
One donation in the amount of $750 CDN will be awarded by Broadmead Village to the winner's one charity of choice as defined by the list of charities given on the contest entry form, including:

Contest winner is responsible for collection of their prize and will be required to present valid photo identification and complete a Winner’s Authorization form before prize is released. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of the winner, and prize will become the property of the Contest Producers.
OTHER CONDITIONS.
All non-winning, disqualified and winning entries will become the property of the Contest Producers. Contest Producers reserve the right to substitute any prize or portion thereof with one of equal or greater value. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. In making the prize available to a Winning Entrant, the Contest Producers make no representations or warranties whatsoever, either expressed or implied, oral or written, in respect to any prize.
By entering, all contestants release and agree to hold harmless, SDM Realty Advisors, Warrington PCI, Grosvenor Americas and Broadmead Village any retailer or agency operating in Broadmead Village, any of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents of all such parties and any prize suppliers (collectively, the “RELEASED PARTIES”) from and against any and all liability for any injuries, damages to persons (including death), damages to personal property or any other loss whatsoever (collectively “LOSSES”) caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the contestant’s participation in the contest, including but not limited to Losses arising from: (a) the contestant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any prize awarded in the contest; (b) any act or omission made by any Released Party, third party (including any other Contestant) or the contestant himself / herself; (c) any latent or apparent defect or condition in any equipment used in the contest; (d) any previous medical condition of the contestant; (e) the administration of any first-aid, medical or emergency treatment or other services rendered to the contestant; and/or (f) the consumption of food or drink by the contestant.
Contest Producers are not responsible for lost, misplaced, misdirected, illegible or damaged entries, or entries submitted after the contest deadline. Contest Producers may at their sole discretion alter, amend, suspend, or cancel this contest or amend the Contest Conditions at any time. Decisions of Contest Producers are final. Contest Producer has the right to publish the name, location and recent photograph of a winner without remuneration. All Entrants must meet and comply with all Contest Conditions. Failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification and prize forfeit.
